At USA GEAR we offer several different shipping options to fit customers' individual needs. We ship to all 50 US states. We realize that all orders are critical and thus our team works around the clock to expedite yours promptly and accurately.

At this time we do not offer shipping to US territories, US protectorates, nor do we ship internationally.

All PO Box & APO/FPO orders ship with "Standard" service regardless of the shipping method selected. Please be sure to choose "Standard" service at checkout if you intend to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. We are unable to ship at faster speed to these addresses.

Same Day Shipping: Orders confirmed after 12:00PM (PST) Pacific time will ship the next business day. If your order is confirmed after 12:00PM Pacific time please add one (1) additional business day to the estimates outlined above. Normal business days are Monday” Friday excluding holidays

3) What shipping methods do you use?


We ship orders via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please see the tables above for our shipping rates and estimated time in transit.
  • Standard orders will typically ship via USPS or FedEx Ground depending on total shipment weight
  • Expedited orders will typically ship via FedEx Express Saver
  • Two-Day Priority orders will typically ship via FedEx 2 Day
  • Express orders will typically ship FedEx Standard Overnight

The value of the shipment, the regulations of the carrier, and/or the option of the delivery driver may cause the shipment to require a signature. If you are unable to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery it is best practice to leave a signed note for the delivery driver with instructions on where to leave the package. Typically, the carrier will attempt delivery to your location 3 times at which point they will either hold the package at a local distribution facility or return the package to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we are unable to request that the signature required stipulation be waived by the carrier.

4) Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, but only for sales made within the state of California (CA). CA residents are charged tax at the rate of 9.5% as of 10/1/2017. If your shipping address is outside of California you will not be charged sales tax.

5) What is an order confirmation?

After your order is placed & paid through our online storefront you will be sent an email message that confirms your order has been received and is being processed. This message is an order confirmation. If you do not receive this email message please contact our Customer Service department using the link above to ensure the order has been received.

6) What if I need my shipment by 8AM this Saturday?

Most shipments delivered to residences are delivered weekday afternoons. If you require earlier guaranteed delivery or a Saturday guaranteed delivery please contact our Customer Service department using the Customer Service link above. We will be happy to discuss faster methods of delivery and coordinate with our carriers to be sure everything arrives when you need it.

7) What happens if I provide a bad delivery address?

Sometimes we can intercept a shipment mid-route to correct an address (street number, zip code, etc). For security reasons we are unable to direct a package to an entirely different address other than the one indicated at time of payment. We do charge a small fee to correct the delivery address.
